Attorney Profile
Daniel Galloway
Daniel B. Galloway (“Dan”) grew up in Colorado as one of nine children. He attended Gateway High School in Aurora and the University of Colorado – Boulder. Dan has been an attorney since 1991. For three years before law school, Dan worked as a multi-line insurance claims adjuster. After law school, he worked for five years defending insurance companies.
In 1996, Dan tired of representing big insurance companies whose goal was to avoid paying legitimate injury claims and began representing only plaintiffs (injury victims). He has devoted his career to helping individuals receive the maximum recovery for injuries caused by others and for work related injuries. Dan knows how the insurance companies work and it has helped him to litigate and resolve cases favorably for his clients for over a decade.
While most cases can and should be resolved, some have to be tried in a court. Dan has never lost a trial.
